Partner training · Two players
Partner training blends the personal attention of an individual session with the energy of a teammate and opponent. Both players get detailed coaching while working through combinations, reactions and competitive game situations.

Group training · 1:4 ratio
Group sessions are capped at four players for every one coach, keeping each player involved and supported.
Opposition and competition create realistic moments that isolated repetition cannot.
Players learn to connect their technique with awareness, support and timing.
A maximum of four players per coach keeps the tempo high and waiting time low.
